A browser cannot open LAN (TCP) connections. Download the KBS Comm Test program and test from the PC.
KBS Comm Test
- Run the downloaded file (KBS Comm Test .exe).No installer. It starts right away when .NET Framework 4 is present (built into Windows 8 and later).
- Choose the connection mode.If the device is the server choose 'Connect to device'; if the device connects to you choose 'Listen as device'.
- If the IP is unknown, 'Find server' scans the network for devices and open ports.
- Send text and check the received text, length and hex in the table.'Save log' writes the log to the desktop.
